Sessions are scheduled in the Eastern Time Zone and are 30 or 45 minutes long. Denyse will call all clients unless a Zoom Audio is scheduled in which case it is the client’s responsibility to call in at the scheduled time. Clients located outside of North America must call Denyse at their own expense or by using Zoom Audio only.

 Please pay attention to the week prior to your first session as you will find that the ͞subjects͟to talk about will become obvious. Often things come to a head just in time for your appointment. You may want to prepare 1 – 3 questions beforehand for the session. The day of the reading it is helpful to let your pet know that they will be connecting in with Denyse. Believe it or not it helps the connection. Animals that prepare in this way often open more easily, which in turn allows for more conversation during the session.

Denyse reads over the phone or through zoom audio. She is able to work with people all from all over the world. During a reading Denyse uses her senses to connect in with you and your animal. The reading is as much about you as it is your animal. At a soul level, your animals have lessons to teach you and messages for you to hear.

  Yes Denyse can connect with the energy any animal that has passed.  

 Denyse suggests that you have a pencil and paper to note any information you receive during the session.  Sometimes the information that comes through doesn’t make sense at the moment of the reading but may make sense later.  If you’re receiving a 30 minute Animal Reading, bring 1 questions for the animal, up to 3 questions if it’s a 45 minute reading.

 Reiki is a gentle healing modality that restores, and balances nature’s life force energy with the body.  Reiki is recommended for treating pain, anxiety and stress and helps promote recovery and relief of side effects from surgery or injury. Animals love Reiki and it works well with them.  All Reiki sessions are distant sessions. 

 Payments for Animal Readings and Reiki sessions are due prior to the actual session.  You can schedule and pay for a session by visiting the Pricing section of this site. Simply click on the service you want and you’ll be taken to the secure booking and payment site.  All times are scheduled Eastern Time Zone of the USA. Please correctly calculate the time differences. 

Cancellations made 3 business days or more in advance of the scheduled appointment will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the schedule appointment will incur a 20% fee.  NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled appointment after the 48 hour policy. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rescheduling can be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. At that time a session can be re-booked to a new date within 1 month of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48 hour change policy. To reschedule an existing appointment, please call the office at   833-385-5993
